Gaye Hechme

As a Director of Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda, Gaye Hechme is the first point of contact for many of our clients. Ms. Hechme has in-depth knowledge of Antigua’s real estate market and the citizenship by investment market, having served on the Antigua Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Task Force.

As the former Managing Director of Caribbean Developments (Antigua) Limited handling the daily operations of Jolly Harbour for over seven years, Ms. Hechme has a wealth of experience in marketing, managing and the development of residential and commercial real estate.

Ms. Hechme oversees the operations of Island Living Investment Services (ILIS), our sister company, and carries with her a large network of officials and industry leaders at local, regional and international levels in both private and public sectors. She currently serves on the board of the Antigua Hotels and Tourism Association.

Cameron Fraser

Cameron Fraser is a Director of Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda. He led the expansion of historic Redcliffe Quay and the development and expansion of Cruise Tourism in Antigua and Barbuda as the Managing Director of the Antigua Pier Group Limited from 2000 to 2006. From 2004 to date he has been involved in the development and management of Nonsuch Bay Resort as a shareholder. He is also a shareholder of Antigua and Barbuda’s citizenship by investment development, Moon Gate Antigua. Mr. Fraser is a Director of Key Properties Limited and Vice President of the Antigua and Barbuda Cruise Tourism Association.

Karim Hechme

Karim Hechme joined the group of companies in 2012 as a recent graduate of the Tourism Management program at Vancouver Island University, and is currently the Sales Director of Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda. With over 15 years of experience across the Caribbean, Vietnam, the UK and Canada, Karim possesses a unique and extensive professional background in the service and sales based industry. These experiences have allowed Karim the opportunities and challenges needed to develop a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills and he is enthusiastic about the ability to utilize his skills in an energetic work environment in Antigua and Barbuda.

Roxana Shoul

Roxana Shoul is the Office Manager at Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda. She has a wealth of experience in establishing and managing upscale client relationships and providing optimal customer service. She prides herself on her abilities for marketing, business planning, execution, problem solving and monitoring, all done with the utmost confidentiality. She brings with her the knowledge she gained while leading the citizenship by investment program development project known as The Escape at Nonsuch Bay and other real estate developments for Nonsuch Development Company Limited from 2015 to 2019.

Sharon Harris

Sharon Harris is the Office Coordinator at Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda. She comes with a wealth of experience after working for over 33 years in residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Chestertons Sharon worked at ILIS for over seven years as Executive Secretary to the Managing Director and for over 22 years at Caribbean Developments (Antigua) Limited as Supervisor and Executive Secretary, giving support to the Directors and the Executive Management team.

Danielle Bennett

Danielle Bennett is the Finance Manager of Chestertons Antigua and Barbuda and is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies and has several years of experience in the real estate field.
