From this commanding position at the head of Hughes Point there is a private path down to the resort’s sandy beach, clubhouse bar and restaurant.

The three ensuite bedrooms, sumptuous lounge, designer kitchen and roof, pool and garden terraces are havens of privacy and relaxation.

The Villa is set within the grounds of Nonsuch Bay Resort. Guests can access the resort facilities including boat dock, kayaks, standup paddle boards, sailing and kitesurfing schools and 3 infinity swimming pools.

Villa Turquoise is located on the secluded and exclusive east coast of Antigua. The villa is just 25 minutes from the restaurants and bars of English Harbour, 30 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from the island capital of St. John’s. Half Moon Bay and Harmony Hall are just a few minutes drive away.

This Villa can be rented with three, two or one bedrooms available. The rates below are for all three bedrooms. Rates for one or two bedrooms are available upon request. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for stays January 8 to December 16 and a minimum of 11 nights is required for stays December 17 to January 7.

Villa Turquoise has a minimum age restriction for children under 11 years old. There are steep drop offs at the property and steps to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Exceptions may be granted with approval from the owner and with the acknowledgement of the risk factors by the renter.
