Cool Breeze

Cool Breeze is a beautiful three bedroom family located in the quiet and friendly Harbor View Residences just outside of Jolly Harbour on the west coast of Antigua.

Cool Breeze was built and completed late 2005 and then totally refurbished 2016 to give the villa a modern Caribbean feel.

The main entrance to the villa takes you into a large, light and airy living space with multiple patio doors looking over the swimming pool and deck. A stylish breakfast bar with seating for 4-6 persons separates the lounge from the beautiful blue mood-lit modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.

Leading off the lounge are the three bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms with shower. In the hallway there is also a stand-alone bathroom with shower.

The lounge patio doors open up onto the pool area and surrounding deck which has 3 large covered canopies. The decks are furnished with comfortable loungers and a large dining table ideal for entertaining or chilling with the family. The pool was refurbished in 2017 and the end canopy installed the same year.

The villa also has a well-stocked garden with many fruit trees and plants including mango, coconut, banana, guava, passion fruit, oranges, avocado and soursop.

Hurricane shutters were installed in 2011 with the addition of armor mesh to protect against bugs and insects. The added security enables the windows to be left fully open day and night.

The property is situated in such a way that it benefits from a cool breeze throughout the home.
