These rates apply to the whole property, 4 people per night.
Discounts up to 20% per night may be applied in Low Season, 5th May to 23rd November 2019.
Discounts of 30% per night year through for occupancy of 2 or 3 people sharing.
Additional $20 per person per night more than 4 people sharing per night.

Long-term rate of US$2,300 to include CTV, WiFi and lawn mowing once a month and somestic help once a week, and the long-term rent to students will be US$2,600 monthly.
